10 YEARS IN BUSINESS: A REBRAND REFLECTION

There's a lot to learn in the span of ten years. As an entrepreneur you’ll learn that putting yourself out there is hard. Being a leader is hard. Building a team of creative, hard working people is hard. But as most small businesses owners know, the hard stuff isn’t what sticks out when you have the winning bid proposal, when you *finally* launch that website, or when your new-hire drops that really insightful nugget that lets you know they get it. The intermittent sighs of relief. The breath holding. The sprints to the finish. The moments we feel interconnected and the messaging that gets us there. In sync, rhythmic, energized. The moment the dot connects and we’re onto the next. It’s these instances that remind us to grow, that allow us to look change square in the face and say, bring it on.

So as we celebrate ten years in business, what we really mean is we’re celebrating ten years in the business of putting ourselves out there. The business of leadership, of team building, of working hard. Overcoming the hard stuff to uncover that the best is yet to come. And the best *is* yet to come.

Today we launched our new website, we announced to our friends, family, clients, and vendors that we are now Memo, a creative project management agency that specializes in events and experiential marketing. We closed on a new office space and we closed on a chapter of our origin story as A&M Agency. As we roll out our new brand and begin building new momentum around Memo, it’s important that we reiterate that our team, our core values and our mission remains the same. Sometimes, after a decade, you just need a little face-lift.

Whether you’ve been with us for the last ten years as A&M Agency, or you’re joining us now as we embark on this new chapter as Memo, we’re happy you’re here and invite you to click around, stay awhile, and even drop a line if you feel so inclined.

Until then, we’ll be #ConnectingTheDots
